Prices & Supply
All prices are quotes Sterling (GBP) and include VAT at 17.5% unless otherwise stated, due to our suppliers changing prices periodically, we reserve the right to change our advertised price of the description given without notice.
The Price you pay for your goods is the price advertised when you place your order.
If the product is shown on the web site but is not available or is incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrect we shall not be obliged to sell you that product.
All orders for products are subject to availability and Ocean Spas & Hot Tubs reserves the right to refuse to a person or company for whatever reason.
We offer secure online ordering to ensure your financial safety and make online purchasing convenient. We appreciate some customers do not feel comfortable ordering online, for this reason you can order by telephone on 0800 7566430 or e-mail us and we will call you. Then you can place the order and all these types of orders are subject to these terms and conditions and will be treated as if they were placed on the web.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro, American Express, Delta & Switch, cheques are accepted on orders received and all goods will not be dispatched until cleared funds have reached our Bank account.
Payment for all goods is due with order.
Please note no spa will be confirmed as Sold until Deposit paid to reserve that spa.
Balance of spa if an ordered item must be paid three weeks approximately due to landing in the UK. We will not come and deliver the spa without payment.
There is no cooling off period once you have decided to purchase and deposit or Full Balance Paid.
This does not include sale items or offer spas, and discounts can be negotiated for immediate decision to take a Stock model available at the time of purchase. The discount is only applied to the spa and any added items like, steps, Bar, Brolly’s.
There is no discount on the Delivery Options if you choose any of the options (see price list)
Delivery options and charges
The Following delivery options are available
UK Mainland Delivery excludes Northern Ireland and the Scottish highlands.
We ask you for your telephone number and e-mail in case if there is a problem with processing the order or your payment. As the service is via Royal Mail we cannot confirm a time for delivery, if the goods are unable to be delivered for any reason, such as not being in on the delivery, or unable to give to a neighbour or they cannot locate the address given this is not our responsibility and the goods will be left at the sorting office closest to your address for pick up. If the goods are subsequently sent back to us and posted out again, you will pick up the bill for these charges and you will be asked for payment.

Weights are approximate and include the packaging.
We may sometimes use a courier service, our courier will only deliver on week days and without a signature sometimes. If the courier leaves the goods without signature, the responsibility falls on you to ensure a safe delivery and we will not accept responsibility for lost items once handed to a delivery or courier company.
Hot tubs
For pallet based delivery we will normally specify morning or Afternoon, this will be agreed by you and us. Delivery promises are based on the assumption there is adequate access by lorry to the delivery address, this type of delivery is normally to the kerb side, or driveway where you would be expected to place the item in your property yourself.
If you are really unsure about the dimensions of the spa or, you just need an opinion on the base, or the electric supply then either Email or phone us and we’ll give you as much advice as we can. We can even give you a list of Approved Electrical contractors in your area if you wish.
We do not accept responsibility for failure to install the correct Electrics or failure to measure the base correctly.
Returns policy
Please inspect your goods immediately upon delivery. If goods delivered are faulty or incorrect you must advise us as soon as possible, and you will have to return the product/s within seven days from the date of delivery.
If you notify us with a problem with your delivery, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace any goods that are found to be damaged or defective upon delivery, or refund the amount paid by you for the goods in question. We will not be liable to you for any loss in profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by the way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury from our negligence.
If you change your mind about your order we accept returns as long as the following conditions are met:
- You contact us in writing within 7 working days starting with the day after the delivery date.
- The item(s) are returned in the original, undamaged packaging with all the pieces of the original items in tact.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned in appropriate protective packs due to any inappropriate packaging it will not be possible to process your refund.
- We cannot refund any monies once the product has been installed and fitted.
Please ensure your Hot tub filters fit your tub before unwrapping or using them in the spa as we cannot exchange or refund these items once used or dirty.
If you purchase chemicals you can only exchange or refund the item(s) if the item has not been opened or used.
Contact us in writing , by letter or e-mail before you return any items to us.
Faulty or incorrectly delivered goods will be replaced free of charge and the cost for delivering the item back to you will be waived on this occasion. This is for Chemical purchases only. Spas are totally different entity.
If the goods are not faulty then you will be responsible for the freight to return the item back to us.
If you wish to return chemical item, if you use Royal mail you must obtain proof of posting since we will need to see it if the goods do not arrive back to us.
Once your goods have been received we will contact you by telephone to obtain your card details so they can be processed we do not recommend that you send card details through
E-mail.
Do not install the hot tub, Sauna or gazebo unless you are completely satisfied, as once the item has been unwrapped we cannot accept the item back or once the item has been fitted and installed. Where the buyer has used or installed the goods the supply is taken as conclusive evidence that the buyer has accepted the goods not with standing that there condition of the goods or that they fail to correspond with their specification and the buyer in this instance does not have the right to make a claim against the company. You must accept full responsibility for the suitability purpose to which they are put. You will be asked or a representative of yours will be asked on the day to sign to confirm you have received the spa, hot tub, Swim spa, Gazebo in good condition. As in all instances there has to be someone at the property to sign for the goods of this Value.
Warranties
For all non-consumable items, we will supply you with goods that are free of defects in materials for a minimum of 6 months from the date of delivery.
For the Manufacturers warranty details of all hot tubs, please refer to the specific details on the website and supplied with this product. All Warranties are vested with the equipment manual. Also when the spa is delivered you will receive a Manual which outlines the Warranty. In all cases for Breakdown please contact us immediately to report the Fault.
For all Hot tubs if you fail to supply the recommended power supply or use a qualified electrician to certify the work this will void the Manufacturers warranty.
Please do not attempt to ever fix a hot tub, Swim spa or fitness pool yourself or ask a plumber or spa technician etc to do so; again this will void the Manufacturers warranty.
For all ex display/ demo hot tubs and swim spa products, Ocean Spas & Hot Tubs will confirm on the sales invoice the Warranty available on this product and from the date of purchase from your sales invoice.
All Warranties start from the date of purchase. (the date on the sales invoice).
Customer service standards
When ordering goods through our website you will receive a response from us within 48 hours of order.
Privacy policy
When you place an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, contact telephone number, credit or debit card number, CVV code and expiry date. This will allow us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of your order status.
When you place an order, our secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Further more, as required by the UK Data protection Act 1984, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information, which you have given to us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.
We ask for your telephone number in case there is either a problem with processing your payment or a problem with locating your property for delivery. If you choose not to give us your telephone number then we may not be able to process your order.
Ocean Spas & Hot Tubs does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any other 3rd party, we may, however occasionally use the information to inform our customer base of special offers, sales, special events and price alterations, unless you advise us that you prefer us not to do so via our website check out page, telephone or e-mail.
